The new Mabellini campsite on the organic farm in Desenzano (Rivoltella) integrates itself harmoniously in the cultural landscape and convinces with its focus on sustainability. All the green areas and the plants are maintained in a natural way. As an organic farm we produce fruit and vegetables according to organic guidelines. We are members of the Bioland association South Tyrol and are controlled and certified by the supervisory authority ABCERT in South Tyrol.
On 30 pitches for caravans/mobile homes and tents , the holiday on Lake Garda can really be enjoyed. The campsite offers sufficient sanitary facilities with private bathrooms, in-house farm products, a playground for children and a large recreation room.
The campsite is located in the village of Rivoltella just 1.5 km from Lake Garda. The lake can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
Even dogs up to medium size are welcome, provided they are on a leash.
A barbecue area invites to a cozy get-together. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available. The bicycle rental guarantees unforgettable excursions into the hinterland, where on many wine farms, the delicious white wine 'Lugana' can be tasted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE FOR PLACES
ARRIVAL: CHECK-IN from 14:00 to 19:30
DEPARTURE: CHECK-OUT until 10:00
The duration of the minimum stay will be decided by the management depending on the season.
It is necessary to respect the provided arrival and departure dates. In case of later departure times, the payment of 50% of the unscheduled day is required.
2 BOOKING SERVICES
The booking for a pitch can be made online via our website by email, with a deposit of 30% of the accommodation costs fixed as a down payment; then the binding booking confirmation in writing.
3 CANCELLATION FROM BOOKING
For cancellations made by e-mail to Agricamping Mabellini at least 16 days before the agreed arrival date, only the bank transfer fees will be charged to guests for online bookings and the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation after this date, the deposit will be retained.
4 PAYMENT
Payment of the balance must be made the day before departure, or on the day of arrival at the reception (9:00 - 11:30 18:00 - 19:00).
Payments can be made in cash or by credit card of any kind
The confirmation of the booking includes the acceptance of the terms and conditions
HOUSE RULES
1 ENTRY
If you want to enter the campsite, you must obtain the approval of the management. For this purpose it is necessary to deliver the identity document of each person for registration, according to law.
The access and presence of unauthorized persons at the campsite includes:
- violation of public safety
- Violation of Art. 614 of the Criminal Code (trespassing);
- Violation of Art. 633 of the Criminal Code (Local Injury and Building)
- Violation of Art. 624 of the Criminal Code (theft of services)
- offense for breach of contract
2 MINORS
Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children, they must ensure that anything that disturbs and / or endangers the safety and hygiene of other guests is avoided.
3 REGISTRATION OF THE PITCH
The pitch can only be chosen after consultation with the staff. Reserved pitchs can only be filled with the consent of the management. All objects and cars must be correctly positioned in the parking space. Only one family is allowed per pitch.
4 VISITORS
Visitors can only enter the campsite during the day. The guest of the campsite must personally check that his guests have received the permission of the administration and moreover he is responsible for the correct behavior of his guests inside the place.
5 RESTING TIMES
Rest periods: 11:00 p.m. - 06:00 a.m.
It must be avoided at all times to harass other campers by loud behavior, games, noise-generating devices. During rest is prohibited:
- the use of stereo or noise-generating devices;
6 PROHIBITIONS
It is forbidden:
- to drop waste outside the designated container;
- dig holes or drainage ditches in the ground;
- damage the vegetation;
- to pour oils, fuels, hot or saline liquids and waste water on the ground;
- to wash cars or other vehicles on the pitch;
- to wash dishes or laundry outside the designated washrooms and wash basins;
- Water senselessly to consumers;
-To not tie things to trees or shrubs, to stretch ropes that are a danger to the free passage
7 WASTE SEPARATION
The campsite attaches great importance to the separation of waste. Within the facility are garbage bins and garbage bins.
We ask our guests to use them accordingly. Guests also need to collect organic waste produced by their pets.
8 PETS
We offer you your animals in the respect of all present in the camping, to guard and to lead on the occasion of the walks within the campsite.
DOGS UP TO MEDIUM SIZE ARE ALLOWED.
9 LOST OBJECTS
The items found at the campsite must be brought to the reception for legal reasons.
10 RESPONSIBILITY
The management assumes no responsibility:
- For any damage during the night walks in the campsite area
- In case of theft of unattended objects;
- In the case of damage caused by other guests, force majeure. Natural disasters, insects, diseases and epidemics, plants (as well as branches or fruits) or other causes, which have nothing to do with the carelessness of the camping personnel. The owners are responsible for the operational safety of the facilities for electricity and gas supply in their own mobile homes and tents.
11 DEPARTURE
The booking is binding and the arrival and departure date must be respected. If not, the 50% of the holiday / days not spent must be paid. Upon departure please leave the pitch clean and in the best order. The management reserves the right to refuse those who in their opinion do not comply with the camping regulations or who interfere with the peaceful coexistence of the community or violate the interests of the site. Guests who have been deported or called to order must explicitly have permission from the management to come back. The access to the campsite means an approach and full compliance with these house rules which can be extended by the management at any time with additional regulations that might be necessary for a better service.
